The most common question we get during this time of the year is, how to lose weight during December? And as a matter of fact is a pretty difficult question to answer if you are one of those who enjoy attending to every single dinner party they are invited to, and which is worst, do not want to control yourself a little when it’s time to eat.
We all know that losing weight is a process, a journey that takes discipline, commitment, and auto-control , and that even though there are amazing pills to lose weight such as gavafute, it takes some will to achieve you goal.
